The Monstuni are an omnivorous species that is able to eat and digest both meat and plants alike; but are also able to eat things that humans can. The diet of the Monstuni species is easily comparable to that of a humans in terms of what they can and cannot process; what certain foods are used for, and what types of vitamins need to be consumed in order for the body to function; but the food items your Monstuni eats is wholly dependent on their lifestyle, personal tastes, and what food is available to them!
The Monstuni all have between a 2,000 and 3,200 calorie diet. the bigger they are, the more food they need to eat- likewise, a Monstuni that uses a lot of energy may have a higher calorie diet- and those with little need for extra energy may have a lower calorie diet.
Certain Monstuni may eat only one certain food group or another as well, or choose not to eat certain food groups because of their own personal lifestyles, preferences, or because they are intolerant/allergic to that food group. Food allergies are not uncommon, and any Monstuni can have his/her/their own preferences on what they like to eat, and what they do not!
Because the Monstuni can be in any setting, the food that is available to them may be completely different than normal "human food", and this is OK too! The diet of your Monstuni is up for you to decide!
